1. INSURANCE

Your registration fees do not include any kind of insurance.

2. RESPONSIBILITY

Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to Delegates, Speakers or Attendees; due to any reason whatever.

3. TRANSPORTATION

All participants are requested to take care of their transportation themselves. Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant. The organizers will not hold any responsibility in this regard.

4. PRESS/MEDIA

Press permission must be obtained from Keynote Conferences Organizing Committee before the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Keynote Conferences LLP is an objective third-party non-profit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.

5. LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (LOA)

Letter of Acceptance will be provided only to those individuals whose abstracts accepted are reviewed and accepted by the organizing committee.

6. LETTER OF INVITATION (LOI)

For security reasons and to prevent misuse of it, the LOI will be provided to only those individuals who had registered their participation successfully.

7. VISA Process

In order to maximize your VISA approval success rate, we would like to request all the registered participants to apply for VISA interview at least three to four months prior to the event commencement date.

Keynote Conferences will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

8. Postponement

If Keynote Conferences postpones an event for any unexpected reason or you are unable/unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive 95% (3-5% goes to bank processing fee) of the registration fee paid or you can choose to receive 100% credit, that you can use them for any other relevant meeting/conference conducted by the Keynote Conferences.

9. Transfer of Registration

All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if registered person is unable to attend the event.

Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to support@thekeynoteconf.org

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Keynote Conferences, if the registered person is unable to attend the conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated 30 days priors to the event start date.

Note: Registrant will not be eligible for Refund once the registration is transferred.

10. Event Cancellation Policy

If Keynote Conferences cancels the event for any reason, you will receive your 100% registration fee paid or you can transfer your registration to the upcoming or to any other event of Keynote Conferences, if you wish to attend the same.

11. Accommodation Cancellation Policy

Accommodation providers have their own cancellation policies.

Kindly go through their cancellation policies in their official websites.

However, we tried our level best to assist you to avoid any inconvenience.

Please contact us as early as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation.

12. Registration Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing to support@thekeynoteconf.org

Please note that we framed this cancellation policy to retain some of the advance payments made towards Hospitality, Photo and Videography, Printing, Shipping and other overheads including bank charges.

Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $100 towards administrative fee.

Cancellation between 89 - 60 days prior to the conference start date will receive - 50% refund.

Cancellation between 59 to 30 days prior to the conference start date will receive - 25% refund.

Cancellations received before 30 days of the conference start date - non-refundable.

Note: All refunds will be made after the conference.

The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point in time.

13. Organization Rights

Organizer reserves the right to make last minute changes without prior notice, should the need arise.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference in case of any unpredictable event. In that case, payments made towards registration and/or lodging will be refunded.

Organizer will have no further liability to the client.

Refunds will be made after the conference.

Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
